At first sight, nothing distinguishes ‘Finder de Snow Leopard’ from its old grinding, if it is not a bottom of different screen like, moreover, with each major change of system. As you know it perhaps already, ‘Finder de Snow Leopard’ was completely rewritten of native matter, i.e. entirely in Cocoa what let predicts a massive acceleration of the system. That was not really obvious on Quad Core stuffed random access memory but once Snow Leopard installed on a MacBook Pro Core Duo of first generation, we really could admire the work of optimization of engineers d' Apple. Outre almost the 7 Go of recovered on the disc, this system seems to have offered to our portable good old man the one second youth, all is indeed much more reactive there, starting, setting and exit of day before, posting, re dimensioning, search and launching for applications. Almost all the Apple applications delivered with Snow Leopard are in 64bits (except Lecteur DVD, Front Row, Grapher and… iTunes), and other software is put at it. Example with the customer BitTorrent Transmission. It is probably on the 64bits that the rocker will be done in first in the editors.
One also observed the load processor of the QuickTime reader while he played a trailer HD with a good surprise with the key. On Snow Leopard, the occupation processor accounted in a fork from 45 to 60%, with occasional points with 75 or 85%.
Our conclusion, Mac OSX became ripe and Apple wishes to concentrate on the optimization of its code and the addition of internal functionalities. In oneself, it is a creditable intention, and Snow Leopard brings mainly three technological changes: a better management of the configurations multi-hearts and/or multiprocessors, a generalization of the 64 bits and the assumption of responsibility of OpenCL. A system benefitting better from the modern processors and computing power of the graphics cards, everyone is for!

Apple Mac OSX became ripe!
