The man and technology

The man is not only the creator of technology, but it there has also a process by which the man becomes depend on technology and is formed by it. The history of the mass media is marked by great technological mutations which, with various stages of modification of the means of production, the diffusion and the consumption of information. Once the new supports such as tapes or satellites, electronic or optical were created, we had to live one of these changes of the digital revolution, and which, according to us, will have important consequences on our way of communicating, to work and to divert us.

The study of new technologies of the communication cannot, still, being reduced to the study of the use and the effects positive or negative on the company. The creation of new technologies of the communication is not only the result of an obvious scientific progress, but also the expression of the economic policy or strategies. All cannot be reached by technology, of course: the operation of the communications tools is subjected to certain elementary rules and of the principles, which we have need to include/understand.

But if technology has rigid elements, it is opened with a large range of replacement solutions and can be the object of very diverse applications. This difference between the capacity to make technology and will to make social actors illustrates the particular relation with each company with technology, explaining at the same time, the diversity of the effects of new technology. Each one of us, for whom data processing became an object usual and necessary, we found ourselves at least once so much in anger which we want to destroy the computer. And certain people really succeeded in doing it. Then, despaired, because they had lost important information, they called so that they have news of various sources to repair what they did. (Because we must admit that the man is the principal enemy of the computer). In the majority of the cases, the recovery of the data is carried out by people or companies.

The acceleration of the changes, the shock of the future, the impact of technology on nature and the company, the passage to high technology require the technological teaching which will make it possible the man to be able to better exploit new technology. Thus, the man will be heard in his uninterrupted effort to reach the perfection, the development and the multiplication of his force and direction using instruments and of machines, the products of technology (telescopes, radars, of new energy sources), to communicate through the sound and the image (to include/understand and use the functional structure of a send-receive), to extend in space and to reduce the distances by the means of transport, to release themselves from hard, repetitive work (using robots), to multiply his capacities to get information and to work with information (comprehension the operation and the exploitation of the computers different types), implying itself in œ uvres of creation, and in order to arrive at the harmony with nature and to avoid the lack of balance, to learn constantly from nature. Therefore, the man uses technology to make his life easier, but it also needs a higher intelligence, in order to maintain balance.
