New technologies invaded our daily life causing of new practices and the novel modes of consumption and became today an integral part in research of the traveller the least expensive to find the plane ticket, the best quality ratio/price of a hotel or the formula of holidays best adapted to its desires.
The Mobile Tourism allows in real-time receive and consult tourist information thanks to the mobile phones. It became a formidable and essential tool for the holiday makers in search of exits and good plans.
It is also a true revolution in terms of communication and marketing of the tourist offers. The latter do not influence not only the traveller but also the suppliers, the intermediaries and the technological companies.
All the sectors of tourism are concerned with these applications: the excursion, the winter sports, cruisings
They make it possible to accompany the visitors in the discovery by a place, that the visit free or is accompanied.
Moreover, wireless technologies, Internet and of géo-localization offer today to the actors tourism the ideal environment for the development of offers of service such as the reservations, the hirings and the online payments but also to multiply the possibilities of information: to locate, guide, propose the possibilities of lodging and restoration, but also to take note of other possible, cultural activities or not, and of the event-driven one.
To synthesize, the TIC make it possible to organize unfolding its stay, role formerly only dedicated to the travel agencies, the tourist offices or to the guide-interpreters.
